HGT Band (Home Grown Tomatoes)

The HGT Band (HOME GROWN TOMATOES), is a seasoned, professional variety band with a musical repertoire guaranteed to please all ages, from eight to eighty! HGT’s diverse repertoire includes top 40 favorites, Classic Rock and Country as well as pop tunes from the 50’s and 60’s & 70’s. As a Variety Band we also play Waltzes, Polkas, and all sorts of Jazz tunes. As a bunch of band directors, we play multiple instruments. This five piece Ensemble, HGT features vocal harmonies, guitar, keyboards, drums, bass guitar as well as brass and woodwind instruments. The drummer will jump out from the drums and sing a lead while adding a trumpet solo, the guitar player will hop on the clarinet, or sax or flute for a polka tune. The trumpet guy will switch to a tenor sax. The bass man will hop out on his tuba and blow your socks off as he entertains up close and personal. The keyboard guy will grab the wireless mic and head out into the audience to feature guest artists… as in YOU! We love to have fun and engage with our audience. Bring your dancing shoes as HGT will keep you on your feet. Click here to see more.

Rural Route 5

Rural Route 5 plays great country music. The music that you heard growing up, that you hear on the radio, and that you sing in the car. A Rural Route 5 show is all about fun! It’s about standing in front of the stage, holding a cold beverage, and singing a Shania Twain song at the top of your lungs. It’s about waking up the next morning and thinking to yourself, “That was a blast.” Rural Route 5 want you to join us, high five us, sing along with us, and leave the show still singing those songs in the car on the way to work. So drive carefully and we’ll see you at our next show. Click here for more.

Saturday, July 24th – 7:30 – 8:30 – 9:30

Thistle & Lace

THISTLE & LACE is an eclectic, acoustic duo that combines spot-on harmonies with hits from the past 8 decades to bring you a one-of-a-kind listening experience. Husband and wife duo Jon and Ashley started the group in 2016. Their fun and friendly banter, combined with audience interaction, make THISTLE & LACE perfect for your next event! There may be an audience out there somewhere that can make it through a THISTLE & LACE show without dancing, but we haven’t found it yet! Big sound, spot on harmonies, and your favorite songs … THISTLE & LACE will have you on your feet! The group is made up of a cappella veteran Jon McLemore (Street Corner Symphony), musical theater maven Ashley McLemore (a.k.a. “Jon’s boss”) Their repertoire is as diverse as their members–there is something for everyone!
